Same-Day Delivery in Dubai: Avail our express delivery service and have your orders delivered on the same day, as long as they are placed before 9:00PM.

Alternative choices:

* Unlock free shipping on purchases totaling 250 AED or more.

* If your order is less than 250 AED, a shipping fee of 20 AED will be charged.

* Enjoy quick and efficient delivery on the same day for only 30 AED.

 

Please remember that we only offer "CASH ON DELIVERY" as a payment option.

PLEASE NOTE:

* To qualify for free shipping, simply choose the Free Shipping option at checkout when your cart total exceeds AED250. Once selected, your order will be shipped to you without any additional charges.

* To ensure Same day delivery/Express delivery, please place your order between 8am and 9pm. The delivery Cut off time is between 10pm and 10:30pm. If you order after 9pm, your order will be delivered the next day and the 30 AED Charge will not be refunded.

* Incomplete / Incorrect ADDRESS  OR CONTACT # Submissions:
It is important to thoroughly check your shipping address and contact details before placing an order. Any mistakes in these details can result in delays or returned orders. Please note that we will only resend the order once it has been returned to us by the courier and the customer has covered the cost of reshipment.

In the event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us via email immediately. Please note that any claims made after 24 hours or more will not be accepted.

In order to proceed with a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was initially received, and it should be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 * Kindly be aware that there is a no return or exchange policy for Flavor goods such as E-juices or Flavor Pods.

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or have been damaged for reasons unrelated to our error.
