Our customers are able to reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving their item(s), excluding non-returnable items. In the event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us via email immediately. Please note that any claims made after 24 hours or more will not be accepted.

  • Returns

In order to proceed with a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was initially received, and it should be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 * Kindly be aware that there is a no return or exchange policy for Flavor goods such as E-juices or Flavor Pods.

* Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or have been damaged for reasons unrelated to our error.

 

In some specific cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Tanks 
  • Accessories in general - Device, Coils, Batteries, chargers, replacement glass etc. that has been opened.

 

 

  •  Refunds (if applicable) 

After we receive and examine your return, an email will be sent to inform you about the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your approval is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process. The credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment/COD within a specified timeframe.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, sale items are exempt from refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • Shipping 

To return your product,

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
